How To Make Money Using Sponsored Posts as a Freelancer

Believe it or not one of the launching pads to my freelancer journey has been thanks to sponsored posts and believe it or not outside of this Medium blog, I don’t have a personal one but I do write for several other industry specific sites that I have alloted me the opportunity to write about industry trends.

While not many of these sites pay me to write, I do get paid to write sponsored posts ONLY WHEN IT MAKES SENSE.

Let me provide you with an example. Let’s say I write for Forbes(I don’t, so this is why I am using it as an example). If I am writing about tools that can improve a teacher’s classroom I may want to partner with a website that provides free tools for teachers and in exchange for a link to their site I can be paid x amount of money.

Many bloggers refer to it as sponsored posts but if you spend hours upon hours looking for sponsored posts, you may end up with nothing; however, if you begin altering your search terms and using terms such as lnikbuilding or guest posting you will be surprised at the opportunities that await you on the other side.

If this information is over your head no worries, tweet me and I’ll walk you through my entire sponsored posts process for a limited time for FREE.
